Lateral Sliding Doors

PFI lateral sliding doors are manufactured between 70 mm and 150 mm door thicknesses. PFI lateral sliding doors offer 3 different frame alternatives as PVC, aluminium and stainless steel. Door blades has different covering alternatives as pre-painted galvanized sheet, PVC coated galvanized sheet and stainless steel. PFI lateral sliding doors can be used between +80 degrees and -80 degrees. PFI doors stand out for their high resistance, insulation and ease of use. All PFI lateral sliding doors can be equiped with an automation system.

Vertical Sliding Doors

Vertical sliding door is the right alternative to the traditional sliding doors in certain circumstances and the right solution in some other occasions. It is available both for positive temperature with a 9 cm blade thickness (GTN9), and negative temperature application with a 12 cm blade thickness provided with heaters (GBT12). It is the combination of the traditional thermo insulated door blade philosophy and the automatic lifting with torsion springs. Moreover it is provided with a “parachute break” safety device against steel cable rupture or malfunction. It can be produced only in automatic version.

CA Room Sliding Doors

The STN 9 and STN 12 sliding doors can be equipped in order to be used for controlled atmosphere applications. The special closed cells air foam gaskets, together with the exclusive stainless steel eccentric clenching system, guarantee a perfect gas tightness, and a thermal seal too. These doors are provided with a glazed inspection hatch, that can even be supplied to be fixed directly on the cold room wall.

Rail Passage Sliding Doors

PFI manufactures sliding doors provided with meat rail slide-way (SPG) in two versions. The first one is called “swan neck” due to the cantilever stainless steel structure that keeps the slide way passage free. The second one is called “interrupted rail” and presents the sliding door track positioning just below the slide way passage. Therefore the sliding track presents an interruption to allow the meat rail to pass through. Our technical department is at full disposal to send technical drawings, to make feasibility evaluations, especially when special applications are concerned.
